Dear Patients:

Masking is optional in our imaging centers. Please note, as a healthcare facility, guidelines are subject to change for the safety of our patients and employees.

• Masking is optional.
• If you have any COVID or flu symptoms, please be courteous and wear a mask.
• One visitor is permitted to accompany you to your appointment. Visitors may not be permitted in some exam areas.
• Children are not permitted unless they are the patient and are accompanied by a parent/guardian.
